Gamers Guild is hosting our annual Free Thanksgiving Feast, and everyone is welcome to join. You're invited to spend Thanksgiving with us! Come have a meal, play games, or simply enjoy the day with others from the community.
This is where you let us know you plan on coming and if you would like to bring a main, side, appetizer, or dessert to share.
Since we opened in 2021, Gamers Guild has welcomed everyone to our Thanksgiving Feast. This year, we want to share that care with even more people.
This year, we’re turning our Thanksgiving Feast into a community potluck for the first time and giving most of our usual food budget to St. Mary's Food Bank. Every $1 donated to St. Mary's provides five meals, so this change will help feed more than 6,000 people across the Valley.
That means we’ll need help from our community to fill the tables at Gamers Guild.
We’re looking for appetizers, main dishes, sides, and desserts to make this year’s feast happen.
If you’d like to help out, just let us know when you RSVP.
Our tradition hasn’t changed: everyone is welcome, and you don’t need to bring anything to join us.

RSVP if you are at least 90% sure. Your response feeds directly into headcount so we can prepare enough seating, serving space, and food for everyone.
Help Us Set the Table
You do not need to bring food to attend, but if you’d like to bring a dish, the RSVP form lets you select an appetizer, main dish, side, and more. You may volunteer to provide the entire dish or split the servings with another participant.
If you bring food, please be prepared to provide a complete ingredient list for guests with allergies or dietary restrictions. For store-bought items, keep the original packaging and ingredient label. Gamers Guild must receive ingredient information at least three days before the feast.
Not able to bring food? You can still RSVP. We will also have day-of volunteer opportunities for anyone who would like to help, but neither food nor volunteering is required to attend.
Moving to a community potluck allows Gamers Guild to direct the majority of its annual Thanksgiving event budget to St. Mary’s Food Bank here in Phoenix.
Through its purchasing power and efficient operations, St. Mary’s Food Bank can turn every $1 donated into enough food for five meals. By redirecting most of the event budget, Gamers Guild expects to help provide food for more than 6,000 people through this year’s Thanksgiving tradition alone. Receipts will be shared openly so our community can see the impact it helped create.
Guests can help that care reach even further by indicating interest in an optional monetary donation or bringing a nonperishable item for our St. Mary’s pantry drive.

Peanut butter
Canned protein
Canned vegetables, soup or fruit
Rice and beans
Cereal and pasta
New, unopened hygiene or cleaning supplies
Every donation is optional. Whether you bring a dish, a pantry item, a monetary contribution or nothing at all, you are welcome at the table.
