Description - Magic Presents: All Leylines' Eve is a festive, Halloween-themed Draft event ran as a Chaos Draft.
Every player begins with a Leyline of Anticipation promo card on the battlefield. The presence of the card creates an exciting, fast-paced, and swingier game by giving all spells flash. At the end of the event, all participating players keep their promo card.
The Leyline of Anticipation promo card is not considered part of their deck, and their decks must still meet the required number of cards.
