About the Role

The Warehouse Manager runs our warehouse, which handles two streams of work: gamersguildusa.com orders and replenishment for our retail stores. You own the daily operation, the team, and the inventory numbers, and you make sure online customers and our stores both get what they need, accurately and on time.

What You Will Do

• Lead, schedule, train, and develop the warehouse team.
• Balance priorities between e-commerce orders and store replenishment so each meets its commitments. 
• Own inventory accuracy through cycle counts, receiving checks, and root cause fixes when counts are off.
• Manage inbound freight, outbound carriers, and shipping cost performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility.
• Keep written procedures current and make sure the team follows them. 
• Respond to internal questions within one business day. 
• Partner with Retail on forecasting seasonal peaks, and planning execution.   
• Manage the warehouse supplies, and equipment maintenance. 
• Manage Intake of product and prioritizing the correct items to receive first.
• Manage fulfillment with dailies and preorders, ensuring all items go out on time. 
• Manage accurate timecards for all employees within the department using ADP. 
• Complete tasks and objectives in a timely manner or within the deadlines. 

What You Bring

• 5 or more years of warehouse or distribution experience, with at least 2 years managing a team. 
• Experience supporting both e-commerce fulfillment and retail store distribution strongly preferred. 
• Working knowledge of a warehouse management system and inventory controls. 
• Comfort with spreadsheets, reporting, and using data to make decisions. 
• Experience with parcel and LTL carriers. 
• Clear, direct communication with your team and internal partners. 
• A track record of building a respectful, inclusive team culture. 
• Forklift certification, or willingness to get certified within 30 days. 
• Knowledge of tabletop games or trading cards is a plus, not a requirement. 

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Work in a warehouse environment that may be warm during Arizona summers
• Flexible hours during peak seasons and major product releases
