Overview:
The 3PL Manager owns day to day operations for our Standard 3PL service line, making sure publisher client inventory, orders, and fulfillment run accurately, on time, and within a 2% error rate. This role manages a 3PL warehouse team, is accountable for client communication, own fulfillment from coordinating inbound freight to shipping out the last package.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily 3PL warehouse operations including receiving, storage, pick and pack, and outbound shipping for publisher client inventory.

Coordinate directly with USPS, UPS, and FedEx on pickup schedules, delivery issues, and carrier account management.

Manage, schedule, and develop warehouse fulfillment staff, setting clear performance expectations and providing regular coaching.

Owns fulfillment and its entire process from inbound freight to shipping out the last package.

Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, and root cause resolution when discrepancies occur.

Own client communication for operational matters, including damage product, receiving manifests and post shipment tracking.

Monitor and report on key fulfillment metrics such as order accuracy, on time shipping, and turnaround time, and bring forward process improvements.

Partner with the sales and account management team during new client onboarding to confirm operational readiness before go live.

Enforce safety and Code of Conduct standards on the warehouse floor, maintaining a workplace that is safe and inclusive for every employee.
Qualifications:

Three or more years managing warehouse, fulfillment, or 3PL operations, ideally in a business that ships to multiple retail or ecommerce channels.

Experience managing hourly staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

Working knowledge of inventory management systems and willingness to learn Gamers Guild internal tools.

Strong attention to detail, particularly around inventory accuracy and order fulfillment quality.

Clear, direct communication style, comfortable setting expectations with both staff and external clients.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the tabletop games, hobby retail, or publishing industry.

Prior experience supporting a growing service line or client base during scale up.
