Cosplay Products Are Coming Soon to Gamers Guild North Phoenix

Cosplay products are coming to Gamers Guild North Phoenix this month, just in time for Halloween, Arizona’s fall convention season, and the desert’s long-awaited cooldown.

The incoming lineup spans EVA and LED foam, air-dry foam clay, adhesives, precision cutting tools, finishing supplies, costume hardware, and more.

Whether you are planning an elaborate armor build, creating your Halloween costume, or repairing a well-loved cosplay before its next event, you will soon be able to find more of the supplies you need locally at Gamers Guild!

Now let’s take a deep dive into the new products.

Built for Cosplayers and Prop Makers

The new stock comes from Green Stuff World,a Spanish maker celebrated for its ingenuity across miniatures, dioramas, hobby crafts, and cosplay gear.

Their cosplay materials are built to help creators shape lighter costumes and props with crisper lines, tighter seams, and details that actually hold up under a con-hall spotlight. The brand's specialty cutting tools take the guesswork out of clean curves and beveled edges, no freehanding required.

Bringing this gear to North Phoenix is one more way Gamers Guild is investing in Arizona's cosplay scene, sparing local builders the agony of con crunch waiting for supplies to arrive in the mail.

What Will You Build?

A few sheets of foam can become much more than they appear to be on the shelf.

EVA foam can be cut, heated, shaped, glued, sanded, and painted to create helmets, shields, bracers, chest armor, masks, and oversized weapons. Thinner foam works well for raised designs and decorative layers, while thicker and denser foam provides more structure for armor and props.

LED foam allows light to pass through the material, making it useful for glowing armor panels, illuminated masks, magical crystals, energy weapons and other builds that deserve a dramatic entrance.

Air-dry foam clay can be sculpted into horns, claws, creature features, armor ridges, and other curved details. It can also help smooth seams or add texture to an EVA foam base. Foam scales, meanwhile, make scale mail, dragon armor, and fantasy flourishes possible without hand-cutting a single scale.

And once the pieces are built, straps, buckles, D-rings, hook-and-loop tape, and magnets are what turn them into something wearable, removable, and fixable across a long con day.

Cosplay Classes Are Coming to North Phoenix

You do not have to wait to start creating with other local cosplayers.

On September 30, join Uncle Yuhki at Gamers Guild North Phoenix for a Cosplay Armor information session, hands-on workshop, and open Q&A. Bring your current project for real-time advice or come ready to learn techniques you can use for your next convention or Halloween build.

Guests are encouraged to bring their own tools so they can gain experience using the equipment they already have.

Each session lasts two hours and is capped at 10 participants, leaving plenty of room for hands-on help.

Choose your session:

Armor is only the beginning. A cosplay wig event is also coming to Gamers Guild North Phoenix in October.

Whether it's a new technique to learn, a build to move forward, or new creators to meet, the classes are worth circling on the calendar, with more details on the way.

Green Stuff World cosplay products arrive at Gamers Guild North Phoenix later this month. Time to start sketching out the next build. More details are coming as launch day gets closer.
