Event ticket purchase on gamersguildusa.com is required to participate. Application on the Bandai App does not guarantee a spot without an event ticket purchase.
Due to limited capacity, you may only participate in 1x One Piece Heroines Battle Vol. 2 at Gamers Guild. This means you can participate in 1 event total (NOT 1 per store).
For example:
If you purchased a ticket for Tempe, you cannot purchase a ticket for North Phoenix.
Purchasing more than 1 ticket to different One Piece Heroines Battle Vol. 2 events will result in all of your tickets being cancelled and refunded.
Purchasing tickets for someone else with your ticket: make sure you are purchasing a ticket for the same day and time. When you check-in you will need to wait until both players are present.
If there is space available on the day of the event due to no shows, you may waitlist into the event (does not count towards your 1 event limit). Waitlist will be open 1 hour prior to the event. Waitlist spots may be done via raffle at the store's discretion.
Waitlisted Events:
• If you’re not physically present within 5 minutes of the posted start time, your seat may be given to someone on the waitlist, even if you called ahead.
• Game 1 OR Round 1 losses will still apply if you are late and still allowed to participate (at the sole discretion of the TO's and may vary from game to game)
• If your seat is given away, you’ll receive a full refund within 3 business days, and are NOT eligibile for any promos or giveaways.
• Anyone on the waitlist must pay before sitting down, no exceptions, even if things are moving fast.
